Our firm was recently hired to watch over the local NUCA chapter’s association funds. We work with many of the local members, and are very happy to help out with the chapter’s funds as well.
Here is an e-mail sent out last week, from Chapter President Lyle Schellenberg.
Dear Members…
As a member of NUCA of Oregon & SW Washington, you have the right to know how the Board is investing the association’s funds. Recently, our association has switched its investment funds to Sloy, Dahl & Holst, Inc. Ron Sloy attended our last meeting to brief everyone, on their perspective, on the volatile stock market. Our goal is to grow our investments through this strategy so that in the future we will have funds to purchase an office and remain fiscally strong. If any member has suggestions about how we should be investing our funds, they should contact Melinda Dailey or Chapter Treasurer, Dave Short. The attached Forbes PDF file provides additional information on this successful Registered Investment Advisory group. This article appeared in Forbes’s magazine in May 2009. Ron will be attending future meetings to give us additional updates.
Sloy, Dahl & Holst is an affiliate member of our chapter and they are offering a free analysis on any NUCA member’s current retirement plan. Any member choosing to contact this group for their free analysis may do so by contacting:
